hardware monitoring software?

CPU-Z will report those voltages, if I remember correctly. I think Speedfan will as well.
 
Doh, i guess this ITE8712F sensor or whatever comes with the motherboard just doesn't report Vdimm. Has anyone heard of there being issues with the Vdimm setting? It correlates to the BIOS setting I hope? Cuz the Vcore certainly doesn't (it's off by 0.02mV and fluctuates constantly)
