Hardware Monitor for slotkit?

When we use slotkit, will the CPU temp sensor still work correctly? I am using soyo 6ba+III, but the supplied Hardware Doctor reports strang numbers. I downloaded MBM, all Vs and fans look OK, but I am not sure if the temp reading is correct. Sensor 2 always reports 69C, while I guess sensor1 was for case. Sensor 3 reports around 41-43, but the BIOS never shows CPU temp above 40.

Also, I noticed in suspend mode, no matter how I set in BIOS, the CPU fan always stops. Since I am running 1.88V for my Celeron 600, is that possible the CPU will build heat? While just suspend for just few seconds, the MBM reports above 45C, is that the case?
