Hardware Installation Wizard GONE MAD!

One of my SATA cables came loose and my computer was hanging, so I opened the case and reseated all the cables. Then when I rebooted my machine the hardware installation wizard went freakin nuts and said there were like 20 network controllers it had to configure. I am using a wireless PCI card, and It is installed properly and working fine. I took a screenshot of the device manager screen, but I dont know how to add it to my post....can someone help me with that? I am using a Nforce3 mobo, the MSI K8N Neo2 Plat.
