Hardware help -> dual athlon server

Hi everyone, I need some help with hardware. I know a bit but not too much, basically I need a server for hosting, I want it to be running linux and was wondering if anyone knows of a good stuff I can use or if they know anything about the hardware that I was planning on using:

NICS, Sound, Video are built into the motherboard.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I would prefer to use a AMD based system but a Intel system is looking like it might have to be the answer.

Please keep in mind I am looking for LINUX COMPATIBLE HARDWARE.. Thanks..

Well, i fyou want a reliable server--make sure you get Athlon MP's, or else its not garenteed to work. also, yoru RAM must be registered

to use that mother board, you need a special power supply, which is somewhat hard to get your hands on... you should really look into it a little bit more before you decide on what to do.
