Hey guys, I am a Tech Director at a school system. We are currently using Microsoft ISA Server 2004 Firewall. I am looking into getting a hardware based firewall solutions. I have about 300 pages worth of bids I'm going through, and was curious if anyone here has worked with both Sonicwall PRO 2040's or Cisco AES/PIX hardware firewalls.

What are you experiences?

Which one do you prefer and why?

Thanks

I'll post this on over there then. The price isn't really much of a consideration. 80% of it will be paid for through the Federal E-Rate program. So we are only out 20% on the cost of it.

There are a wide variety of PIX's different models etc that are on here that companies are putting a bid for installing
