Hardware changes with Vista

I have read a lot about Vista recently and am confused about hardware changes or reinstalls. If I reinstall Vista due to a hardware change or I just want to, will I have to buy another copy or license each time? Thanks.
 
No you will not, much like XP you may need to call them after reinstalling a few times for them to reset the activation count. There was some FUD that flew around a while about it but I have read in a couple places a spokesman for MS saying the activations will be allowed under the same circumstances as they were for XP.
