hardware acceleration in dual channel nVidia card...

Hi there all. Haven't been around for years but I have a question...

I need four channels of hardware accelerated video (OpenGL) from one PC. My idea is to use two nVidia dual head graphics cards. Does anyone know if both channels of a newer dual head nVidia card can be hardware accelerated?

I think he means outputs. I think both outputs can deal with hardware overlay and certainly can display 3D hardware accelerated, at least with the higher-end models, maybe not the lower-end within each generation. Although I think by default full-screen apps will go the primary display, you might have to have it windowed to move it to the other screen.
