HardOCP: F1 2011 benchmark

Something weird in their test, 1600p, gtx580 vs 6970: 58 vs 55 fps.

They re-did the gtx580 dx9 vs dx11 and it got 65 fps the second time around. Benchmark too variable since its dynamic? AI cars etc. This game is also very CPU limited from other benches.

That performance review is quite annoying because it doesn't test crossfire or any of the crossfire cards (5970, 6990). F1 2011 is unplayable on crossfire systems due to serious performance degradation. You have to turn crossfire off, but of course if you have a 5970/6990 you can't so the game doesn't work.

It also doesn't have Eyefinity results, something HardOCP always does. The lack of results suggests that likely doesn't work as well.

Why HardOCP decided to hold back on this information I don't know, but its dodgy journalism.
