I was what? The ENTIRE discussion was about non-NVidia code from the start. Read all of my comments here, starting one page back.
Incorrect. It is on github, but it's available for registered developers only and it's still under nV license (not GNU or MIT), so it's still closed source
Yeah, it's seems to be the case. I have a developer account (even though I can't even code . I registered for the heck of it) and can download all the tools. I suppose they just made them free, but not open. I also applied for their Git repo. Let's see if they'd give me access or not. EDIT: I got access to Git too.
