Hardisk problem ! pls help

HI,
At first i was connecting 2 harddrive ata66 and ata33 together by using one ata66 cable.The problem comes after i take out the ata33 harddisk because i found out the ata33 will slow down my ata66 harddisk.After i get the hardisk out the ata66 harddrive which is my main drive couldnt get into windows ! anyone experience this before ? pls help
