Help! I have a non overclocked TBird 1.2/266 on a MSI K7T-Turbo Raid. System "appears" to be running well, does Prime without error for hours on win98se. Benchmarks well, temperature is great. But once in awhile, while surfing the net or doing some other non strenous crap, the system will bluescreen or completely hard lock requiring powering off. I can't put a finger on the cause of the combination of events leading to this hard lock. Playing Unreal Tournament and other games fine for hours... this is annoying the hell out of me.

I'm running 4-in-1 v1.29. I have the follow peripherals: Radeon AGP, NIC, Firewire card, Sound Blaster live.

i would pull out your addin card (especially the sblive) and see if it still happens

might be a hardware confict and sblive is known to cause lots of probems in via chipset motherboards

by the way via 4in1 4.31 is suposed to have a sblive fix built into it

I agree with boonesmi, try the new 4in1 drivers for the sb live fix and see what happens after that.
