Harddrive Temperature??

I have a relatively expensive HD that runs in a heat sink with two small dedicated fans to
it.
It idles at 90/92 degrees in a room the is 75 degrees 24/7. I have replaced it once, under warranty. I have seen it as high as 102. Should I worry?

According to Google, heat doesn't have a huge impact on hard drive reliability.
