HARDDRIVE PROBLEM - URGENT, PLZ HELP!!!

Brought home a firewire card today, so I shutdown, unplugged, installed it, and booted back up. Drives automatically got installed, so I put in a program that came with it. At this point I *should've* restarted, but I didn't. Stupid me went on to install Adobe Premier.

I rebooted, and it was SLOW! It probably took about 15 minutes just to get past the Windows 2000 loading screen.
I couldn't really get in to uninstall anything. It was like a Mac 1 trying to run win2k. Horrible 🙁

So I tried repairing the win2k installation using the cd.... Didn't do anything. I deleted the partition and reinstalled win2k... Suprisingly, didn't do anything either. I cleared CMOS, took the firewire card out, etc. No change, still slow as ever :\

So then I unplugged my 2nd hd (non-system). It booted much faster. Ok? I installed premier from this hd... maybe something got f'd up?
Tried that hd on another computer, made the computer slow.

So anyways, now my system hd is acting the same way. And to top it off, my keyboard stops working in anything windows related (aka: I can use it to change bios settings, but when it gets to installing windows, it doesn't seem to work.
