Harddrive Odd Noise

Ever since it fell a while back on to the floor 🙂o) it's been fine except for the harddrive making more noise than it used to parking the head, sometimes it's like it was before, you hear it sort of click in and that's it. Other times though, it will click like 4-5 times before it manages to park the head 🙁

The harddrive has never made any odd noises or stalled etc. while actually being used, like if i play mp3s for hours at a time it will not make any odd noises... it only happens with this.

Should I worry?

no idea. Try checking the S.M.A.R.T. status in Disk Utility. That should let you know if the drive is ok or not.

It says "verified". I'm just worried it's a warning sign and it's going to suddenly die on me within a few months.

Maybe take it to an Apple service centre or something like that and see what they say.
