I have 2 questions. The first is that I'm looking for a good drive image software. I heard good things about DriveImage but then I guess they got bought out by symantec and so far all the reviews say it's close to beta software. Also if it can be rather cheap that would be nice as well, since it is for home use.

The second question is just a quick trouble shooting question, My brothers PC has the problem of stalling on the Windows is shutting down screen 70% of the time he shuts down his computer. At first I thought it might be a PS issue but it's been doing this for 4 years and if the Power supply was going I'd assume it would have gone by then. Any quick ideas of what might be causeing this I can look into would be appreciated. Thanks.

norton ghost should be fine for imaging, should be able to find an OEM version for cheaper if youre not so fussed about support (isnt hard to use really, and radified have a good guide), er and are buying hardwareof course ;)

shutdown thing sounds like something isnt shutting down (XP usually forces it eventually though) or some bug has developed in it saving settings. no idea on fixing other than to check task manager and try exiting as many running things as possible first to try and find a problem (use caution though!)
