Harddrive getting accessed

Hiya Guys,
Anyone know why the harddrive on my new Dell 1.3 P4, keeps getting accessed every 1.5 seconds? Give or take the .5. I am running ME and I think I disabled auto backup. But I forgot how so I have'nt even checked to see if it is. I am running Seti 24/7, but even with it disabled its still accessed. The led blinks only momentarily, and occassionally I here the drve working.

Run msconfig and remove Dell's software from startup, Dell is known for putting in their own software which can usually cause such results. Double check all the software that's loaded at boot, and remove anything that isn't needed.
