harddrive fan speed.

Hi, i have bought a harddrive fan.

it is mounted on the bottom of the harddrive and has 2 little fan blowing upward.
it only rated as 2100rpm.

is it enough? i see some with 5500rpm, i know faster is better, but it will be noisier either.
