The count is 57 as of today on my 7200.7 120Gb drive. I didn't think I had a problem until recently when I got a few crashes.

What sector reallocation counts are normal for seagates?

As I understand it, sector reallocations are bad sectors that are automatically hidden by the hard drive. Now, there are always bad sectors on a drive, but they're permanently hidden at the factory. New ones showing up isn't a good thing. Keep an eye on the drive, and maybe run Seatools on it, using the full surface scan option.
