Just a quick question.

Standard water cooling or air cooling can never actually go below room temperature, right? Based on what I understand of thermodynamics, there is no way either could possibly go below it. The only way it would show up as such is a b0rked thermal diode in a CPU core/etc., right?

The only way to actually go below room temperature is a phase change/prommy setup, or a peltier setup, chilled water cooling, etc. etc., right? Something that actually has a cooling element that actively goes below room temp? And, as a result of this, condensation -can- form?
