Hard to find CPUs

Hi,

I'm looking for either the Mobile PIII SL54F CPU or the Mobile PIII SL5TB CPU. Both of these are the highest speed BGA2 CPUs that my laptop will support. I can't seem to find these for sale anywhere! Does anyone have any idea where to look?

If no one knows where to find them, there might be another way: would it be possible to find a BGA2 to Micro-PGA2 adapter so I could use a Micro-PGA2 CPU? Or maybe a BGA2 to 495 pin PPGA adapter. Do sure things exist? Would it work?
