Yeah, it is kinda hard to believe. I see it mentioed in the news and see pictures of ground zero and it doesn't seem like its been that long. Funny how things like that can play with your timing.

I assume you mentioned something about that day and they responded with "oh yeah, the tower bombing, I forgot about that".

How else would you know they forgot.

Anyway, how is that possible? They must be so self centered that only their world is important to them.

I was watching American Pie 2 last night and I thought of it during the scene where Nadia is "supposedly" in New York on a pay phone and you can see the towers in the background down the street behind her when they first show her.

There are many ways to forget. The most common is giving a pass on terrorist countries or complaining that the war against terrorism isn't worth it.
