Hard time with OCZ3G1600LV6GK and EVGA X58 E758

Memory : 6 GB (2mb x 3) OCZ3G1600LV6GK

I am having a hard time getting my memory to run at 1600 mhz. The best I can do is at 1333 mhz.

I have done 8-8-8-24
SetTRFC to 80
Set Command Rate to 2T (1T did not work)
CPU VTT Voltage 250mV
DIMM Voltage 1.65v

These mem does not have XMP.

Can anyone help?

Any of you have the same rig as me?
