Hard time with far cry 3

Have it on pc on very high settings at 1080p. Some stutter in the beginning in the videos but plays smoothly. I couldn't play long though. I got really nauseated and felt motion sick.

I dunno has anyone had this issue? My stomach feels crappy and its been about 3 hours since I last played.
 
There is a patch. But where did you buy your copy? All the usual outlets for me (steam, gamestop, etc.) all say the game will be released on November 4.
 
Got it from a friend that does previews and testing. It's not even in English and I can say they optimized it well for pc. Just the Damn motion sickness makes me not like it. All I think of is far cry 2 with much better graphics and pretty much the same open land. Some stutter on cutscenes but I must be getting good frames since I do notice much screen tearing.

It plays and feels the same although it's much more realistic, also camps do not respawn which is good. But I don't think I will be keeping it for pc as the field of view is strange and I still feel crappy. I will have to pick up the ps3 copy looks like.
 
I watched in a preview that the field of view is adjustable. Borderlands makes me queasy, but increasing the field of view in the sequel seems to fix that problem.
 
I'll try that option the movement with the mouse and all is just odd. I went back to playing assassins creed 3 and still felt kind of sick. Probably since I haven't been sleeping much due to work.
