I've been to Hard Rocks around the world, and they are definately YMMV food & atmosphere wise:
Bahrain was great, cute dancing russian/arabic/and asain waitresses, Hong Kong was oddly quiet (chinese dont like us), Singapore was expensive ($20 american for a beer), Washington DC food, location, and atmosphere sucks BALLS (go to ESPN zone 1 block away), Hawaii (Oahu) has roaches, Hawaii (Maui) is on the waterfront and the bar is next to an "open wall", so sitting at the bar leaves nothing between you and they crystal clear waters & white beach, San Diego - Baltimore - Tiajuana - New York City - Los Angeles - Thailand - Sydney were all average.
