Sometimes when playing 3dfx games, or all the time when i try to convert movie files tro VCD my monitor switches off.

the HDD led is constantly lit up, and the only way to bring it back to life is to hold the power button in until it swiches off then swich back on again...

The reset swich dont do anything but normally if i press it the pc reboots..

Any ideas on what the hell is causing this?
