Hard locks in Win2k

I get hard lock-ups about once a day. Nothing is overclocked, have the latest drivers and the latest bios. It started happening after i installed my new mb, abit's kt7a(non-raid). I did a clean install on a formated hd, and have tried it a couple of times. It has always locked up just when i'm browsing the net, never playing games, although that's what i do most of the time, so it could just be a coincidence. Is this just a stability problem with the motherboard, or is there something i can do about it? Also have philips AE, creative gts, 3com network card, ibm hd's(all the same as what was on the old mb). Thanks
 
SiliconVandal, were you having hard lock-ups...because right now i actually have 4.28...interesting (I guess I kinda fibbed when I said I had the latest drivers, huh)
