Hard find but would be cool

Just wanted to see if anyone could help me and my friend shaftatplanetquake out... lookin for a micro ATX board that supports Athlon XP's and DDR, want also any of the following:
1 onboard sound
2 onboard LAN
3 onboard RAID

PM for leads or so

so far the closest i got was the ASUS P4b266-M even though you can't stick and Athlon XP in it....

MSI MS-6340M No raid, but everything Eles your asking for, I think...

Edit: Im sorry, tigerdirect said it had onboard sound and LAN, not seeing anything on website though, sorry d00d, just goes to show How up to date Tiger is. I apologize
