Hard Drives Support Specs?

Quick question, If you have a Mobo that has this for it's HD support spec: IDE: 2 x UltraDMA 100/66/33 (Which from what I have seen most are). Then how can you run an ATA 133 HD on it? Should a Mobo have the "133" in it's spec to support this drive? Is there really that much of a difference in performance between ATA 100 and 133?

Thanks

no difference yet but it does provide "support for larger drives"

to use an ata133 drive you need a controller card if the mobo doesn't support it (i believe/i dont own ata133)
