I am getting a new HD to replace the Segate that is about to die.

Which should I get?

Maxtor 96147H 60GB 5400 RPM, $116 shipped

Maxtor D740X 6L040J2, 40GB 7200 RPM ATA133/100 $108 shipped.


Are any of these as bad as the IBM 75GXP????
