Hard drives are disappearing on new build?

Hello- so I have a new build. I have 2 WD 1TB black hard drives that I am mirroring using Windows 7 Ultimate mirror option (not sure what the real name is). The drive keeps disappearing and I have to re-boot (sometimes several times) for it to show up again?

As mentioned, this is from a new build with EVGA P67 sli mobo, I5, OCZ 60 GB Agility 2 SSD (OS), and the 2 WD drives. I have not installed any utilities (drives) that came with the mobo- just ran windows updates (if this makes a difference).

Any help would be appreciated.

Is it always seen by the BIOS?

OK - it is not your OS SSD drive that disappears, but the WDC RAID data array. Haved you built the array in BIOS first? It should find that in the boot process before Windows loads.
