You can also get cheap inline-type ones at places like Meritline and eBay (search for "sata ide" or "sata ata" or "sata pata"). The ones I have work well, but I've never tried a drive that old, and can't say which one up for sale ATM is the same as what I have or not, so no links.
 
Where would I connect that? Lol I was digging in my grandpa's old computer stuff and found it brand new never opened and a zip drive
