Hard drive with high Smart temperature or is it raw values?

I got a new hard drive, and wanted to see the Smart values with Crystaldiskinfo and speccy:

It says in the C2 Temperature values that the Current is 113 the Worst is 113 and then the real value is 30C. Does this mean that the drive reached between 100C and 200C at some point? That would not be good. :(

Also, is the speedtest ok? The motherboard is a older one but it has 3Gbps Sata controller, while the hard drive supports 6Gbps. The hard drive did pass the WD tools tests, both quick and extended tests.

It's 31° like shown in the last column. Or 30 like shown in the real value column in 2nd screenshot.

The current, worst, and threshold numbers are typically useless (for you, anyway). They are usually normalized values, so most would need digging into the datasheet to figure them out (usually, the maker has some documents showing how they are calculated), and often the worst column is a fixed value. If one has tripped the threshold, replace the drive ASAP, but otherwise, stick to the raw values column.
