Hard drive troubles

My harddrive is full of errors and reports taht it isn't configured properly. If I fix them more come. Gateway keeps giving $hit answers like run scandisk. What should I tell them so that they will send a new one?

What erros, how do you fix, what HDD, what system....
 
Bad clusters??? Do I hear an RMA??? Moooo... cow time...

Shame its an IBM drive... 🙁

Man, I'm starting to read more and more posts about bad IBM hard drives. What did they do, subcontract production to Western Digital?
