Hard drive set up in p4c800-e deluxe

I too have the Asus p4c800-e deluxe with one 80 gig seagate s-ata hard drive and was planning on purchasing another hard drive specifically for video editing. I was wondering if any one can tell me the best way to set the two hard drives up and how I should set it up in the bios. Thanks in advance.
