I got this machine, two hard drives, the 2nd one is in the Disk Management now saying NOT INITIALIZEd...which sucks, because it worked like 5 hours ago...

Any idea how to fix this? I know there is a work around...

and I don't wnat to reinitialize it, cause it will require a repartiion and destroy it

I'm not sure if reinitialze will wipe the drive. Every time I need to do it, Disk Manager just recognizes the drive again and puts in back in 'My Computer'.
Have you tried it anyway? You usually have to go through several steps to reformat a drive. You'll have plenty of time to stop.

IF the drive is not visable in 'My Computer' but Disk Manager still has it, you could try a program like File Scavanger. It identifies drives even when I thought they had serious physical problems. Just pull the files off and put them on your first drive. Then go ahead and reformat.
