um, ok, so its dark room right? and im trying to plug in my 75gxp in the dark. i feel resistance, so i push hard [real hard i guess] and it goes it. it posts, but does not find hd. so i take it out. and wow, the middle pin is pushed all the way in. i had put the cable backwards. apparently the cable does not have that bump thingy to protect this. now. i have a hard drive with a pushed pin.

can i RMA it? what can i do?

thanks

Try to bend the pin back out. It may work, but if juice was sent it may be fried.

Generally RMA's wont cover physiucal damage such as this. So you will either have to fix it yourself, suck up the loss, or come up with some elaborate dishonst scheme to get an RMA.
