Hard Drive Recovery Help!

Hi,
I did a stupid thing and would like any help or suggestions, my tale goes like this...

1. I wanted to reinstall XP to a fresh format...
2. copied all data to a spare 60G drive
3. Fdisk to flush the Raid and deleted the Data drive instead...
4. The raid shows as drive 2 not one in FDISK and I blew it.

Well XP is now running on the raid just fine, but i would like to recover the data on the DATA drive.

The demo of FINALDATA NT v1 sees all the data and folders but I can't save the data since its a demo vs. The full version is $900 so that isn't an option for a one time use...

Anyone know of a similar product?
