When I upgrade my computer, can I use an old 3.2 GB HD with win95 on it, and will this work with RAID?
 
Yes, you will be able to use that hd in a new system...just let it boot up and allow windows to configure itself. As for raid, you will need another drive, preferably the same size and model, but you will lose all your data on it once you build the array.
