Would it be faster if I got the 320Gb Seagate 7200.10 perpendicular recording hdd or 2x80gb in raid0? Im talking best performance.

This depends on what type of programs you will be running. File intensive programs which uses large read/write files will show improved performance with RAID 0. But with the choice you put up, I will go with the 320GB PerHDD. Now if the choice is between one 320GB PerHDD and 2 X 320GB in RAID 0, I will go for the latter.
