I recently bought a SATA Seagate 160 gig hard drive and I put it into the computer. It is the only hard drive. But when I went to install windows it said that it was only a 131 gig hard drive. NOw when Winodws is installed it says capacity is max 127 gig. What happen to the other 33 gigs?

There is a button on the top called the search button. Its to the right of the profile button and left of the help button. This button will be your friend.

To elaborate, the term you'd be searching for would of course be "127GB".

A little background - it has to do with 48-bit LBA. That's something Google will tell you much about. WinXP, or your BIOS, needs an upgrade to see larger drives.
