a week ago i bought P4C800-E DELUXE (GREAT MOBO) i got very slow MDD - its only 2mb ch - but it freezes a little - i want to get a new HDD under 100dollars 80gig and up - i want to use the new calbes i got with my MOBO some red ones 🙂 - does anyone know of any good HDD??
 
if u r not going to overClock SATA is a good choice - otherWise there r some issues, such as: w/ sata in some cases u can't go higher than 230 Mhz.. while on same board w/ IDE u can go 250+
besides that 100, 133, 150 can't even reach 66 in real world, those r in theory (wich is BS). next big boost (should be) coming w/ SATA2 (300) which is a year or so away
 
seagate is DA way - better by a hair, but u'll thank us later, cause of LOW noise out of all.. make sure those r NEW drives w/ liquid tech in them. if in doubt go to seagate site and make sure those r new offerings (new drives)
