Hard Drive Question

I have a 36gig WD raptor and a 80gig WD drive and I just reformatted. The 80gig is on IDE port 1 and the 36gig is on IDE port 3, so to install onto the 36gig I have to disable the 80gig during installation in the bios, or else I have to put startup files on the 80gig as well and everything gets messed up. When I got windows installed and reenabled the 80gig hard drive, it doesn't show up in My Computer. It shows up in the device manager and says it is working properly, but it doesn't show up in My Computer for me to partition/format it and use it. This did work the last time I reformatted, so what gives? Any ideas are appreciated.

Take a look in Disk Administrator. It may be in there without a drive letter or it has a partition that isn't recognized for some reason.
