Hard Drive Probs

Hi all..
I have 2 PATA WD800JB hard drives hooked up to the SATA ports, using Highpoint Rockethead 100 converters, on my MSI K7N2G-ILSR in RAID 0.
The prob is sometimes I'll hear a single click come from one of the hard drives then it goes silent. Then a few seconds later I hear the drive spin back up.
Right after the click Windows freezes up, then when the drive spins back up Windows is ok for a few seconds then I get a BSOD. I then have to hit the reset button and usually get greeted with a flashing "RAID Offline" warning during post. I delete the array, then rebuild it and windows will boot and work fine.
The problem seems to be happening more frequently. It also happens most often right after cold booting the PC.
I have 3 optical drives, 2 hard drives, and am running my 2100+ CPU OCed to 2700+ @ 1.7V on a included with case generic 350W PSU.
Do u think the PSU is the prob or possibly the drive is failing?

thanks
