Now that I've RMAed my IBM 75gxp 30gig, I don't want another back. Has anyone had any experience with this? Do they ship you back the same drive, even though everyone knows they have a stability of a wet noodle? How do I get a different hard drive in my computer without spending $$$?
 
Hang around your local computer shop until somebody buys the hard drive you want. Then, follow them out of the store, thump them in the back of the head, grab the hard drive and run like He!!.
