hard drive problems

In my system i have three hard drives. a raptor 36g with operating system, and an 80gb and 40gb wd's. Today, i heard some noises like a drive is shutting down and restarting back up, the shutting down back and forth. The things you were trying to do would freeze. Then sometimes, the whole comp would freeze. I'm not sure what the problem would be. I am thinking power. I have a 350watt that came with my x-dreamer 2. here are my specs. any idea of problem would help. it seems to be the raptor that is having problems.

specs:
amd xp 2500 mobile oc'ed to 2.2
512 mb crucial 3200
40gb wd drive
80gb se wd drive
36gb raptor sata with operating system
dvd burner
abit nf7-s
350-watt ps

Yeah, first get a larger namebrand quality power supply.

Power is the problem i had the same problem a while back and putting in a bigger ps worked

An easy test might be to run the rig for awhile with the 2 ide drives disconnected.
