Hard drive problem

I have installed new motherboard, CPU & memory. I do not have a floppy drive since I use memory key. How do I format hard drive & reinstall XP Home without boot disk. Thanks for any help.

Can you boot from the CD ROM?
Set your bios so you can boot from the CD ROM.. put the winXP CD in and of you go
