Hard Drive Problem - drive keeps popping up

hey,

can someone assist with my issue??? i added a new hard drive in my system and went thru the process of initializing it. After that the drive keeps dropping off and then pops back up because it's coming up like a USB drive as Autoplay. I am running Windows 7. I really need to correct this....

can an admin person move this to the memory and storage section please...
