Hard Drive Partition Disappeared

I accidentally downloaded a .exe loaded with viruses the other day. I was able to get rid of everyone of them. HOWEVER When I go into My Computer my C drive and my DVDRW have both disappeared. I can still access the C drive via Disk management, and if I type C:\ in address bar. Any tips on correcting this?

I know its not the HARD DRIVE itself nor a cable or jumper because the other 2 partitions are fine.

It's most likely either an explorer extension hiding them and you haven't cleaned up the virus as well as you thought.
