Hard Drive Partition Corrupted

I went to turn on my computer today, and something very weird happened. I got into Windows just fine, but a lot of my desktop icons said they couldn't find the target program. I tried to go on my D: partition to look for the files, and Windows claims "D:\ is not accessible. The disk structure is corrupted and unreadable.". My Windows partition is on C:, and I have two 250 gig hard drives in RAID 0, so I'm not sure why only D: encoutered a problem.

Anyways, its appears to just be a filesystem corruption, and I'm hoping it can be fixed without much data loss. The problem is, I'm not sure how to fix it from Windows, and I've misplaced my Windows CD at the moment. I'm going to fool around with it a little, but I don't want to do anything that could cause data loss. If anyone could point me in the right direction on how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.

After trying a bunch of things from Windows, I was not able to successfully fix the partition. So, I looked around some more, and I was able to find my Windows CD. Then I ran into another problem. I had didn't have a floppy drive to put the RAID driver in, and the Windows bootable CD couldn't see my hard drives without it. I followed an online guide, and made a custom Windows CD, with the RAID driver already on it. The bootable CD then saw my hard drives, and I was able to fix the problem in repair mode.
