Hard drive noise?

i just got a new 3200jb, (wd), and after installing it and using it, its making a noise, that sounds very steady, like a snore. not really clicks, but just a very steady snoring pattern.

any ideas? replace it?
 
I'd wait to see what someone says that has that same drive, but my first reaction, is to say replace it. I've had many (about 10 now) WD drives (120's and 200's), and I've never seen anything like that.

I have 3 WD 1200JBs and 2 of them emit a high pitched noise. It's been getting worse over the past month and is driving me insane 🙂

Is there anything I can do other than replacing them?
